Indian Penal Code — Sec­tion 279 and 337 — Offences, under Sec­tions 279 and 337 Indian Penal Code are totally dif­fer­ent — Impugned judg­ment of learned Ses­sions Judge, to extent it acquits respon­dent of offence under Sec­tion 337 IPC, is set aside and judg­ment of trial Court con­vict­ing and sen­tenc­ing him for said offence under Sec­tion 337 IPC, is upheld.
